I have recently embarked on my first round of the HCG diet and I have other people in my life that have done this. A friend of mine says she splits a 100 calorie bag of SmartPop popcorn into 2 baggies and uses that sometimes in place of a carb. I know it is not on the original protocol, but has anyone else done this and had success? I LOVE popcorn and it is a healthy snack ... I would only want it as a treat once a week or so, but just wondering if anyone else out there has tried it? (My friend says she loses while doing it, but she tends to do things a little rogue). I'd appreciate any input.
